Please keep Airfree’s original box complete with the provided plastic plug protector (to protect the casing from scratch damage}, and the user manual for at least 30 days of the purchase.
In the unlikely event that your unit will fail within the first 30 days of purchase, we will endeavor our best efforts to replace it within 2 days upon receipt of the faulty unit, provided the failure is covered by the warranty terms and conditions.
The faulty unit is to be returned unscratched, with copy of purchase invoice, in its original box together with the instruction manual, and plug protected by the plastic plug protector.
If your unit does fail within 30 day period and is not returned as stated in the previous paragraph, but damage still within Airfree warranty terms and conditions, it will not be replaced with a new unit but repaired instead. Your repaired Airfree will usually be sent back to you within 10 working days. In all cases, a copy of the invoice is necessary.
